In many of Knysna’s restaurants, Rouvière’s Coffee Roastery provides the beans for a damn good cup for our morning. I’m sure that many of you will also know this great local brand from the Wild Oats Market in Sedgefield. It’s specialty coffee, grown and nurtured to perfection high up in the Western Ghat mountains of South Western India. Rouvieres is the only roastery in South Africa to directly import and roast this exceptional coffee.
