His successful career and passion has included him providing his treats to 5 royal households as well as 3 US presidents.

He says that, “Some may regard it as a bit of a novelty but in Scotland I smoked about 7 and a half tons of alligator meat last year, so there is definitely a market for this kind of product. It makes the ideal present for the person who thought they had everything!”
